I was immediately told on check in that my single king bed was unavailable, and was offered the "deluxe double." The "deluxe room" had a door that would not stay closed without the swinging door latch, no trashcans in the entire room, smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking, ALL fabrics were stained.... including the towels. One looked like it had recently been used to clean car rims and the other had cheetos stains on it. Really a rough room. I am glad my wife was not taking this trip with me.

I would suggest you remove this property from your site. The lobby had an overwhelming stench of old cigarettes. There was trash in the hall ways and stairs. Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel

I liked location being right off of I10 and how easy it was to arrive. I dod not like the overall atmosphere of the property. The clerk spoke to me behind a glass as of the neighborhood was full of crime activity and there was little to no security in the area. It made me feel very unsafe.

Had reservations for a room for 3 people and 2 double beds. We had one set of towels at check-in and when I went to desk to get more, it was like pulling teeth to get more towels. We had no cups for water, so the clerk told me to help myself to the coffee cups in the lobby. We had no phone service, in fact the phone was not plugged into the wall and could not find the phone jack. They explained the rooms were being remodeled and none of the phones in any of the rooms worked. We lost the Wi-Fi on the first afternoon and it never came back online, that was due to a lightening strike that made the lights flicker once. I could never get 2 keys at the same time that would both work at opening the door. I would NOT recommend this hotel, sorry Days Inn.

The room was filthy. Stained sheets, cigarette holes burned into curtains and bedspread. Roaches crawling around and the room smelled awful.

This was the most disgusting hotel I've ever stepped foot in. The first room, we asked for non smoking not realizing i booked a smoking room. The room had no pillows on the bed and you couldn't plug the AC unit in to use. The second room, the smoking room, they moved us to. Was COVERED in burn holes. The furniture tops, the blankets and sheets. The floor was flooded wet. There was visible mold and water damage. The AC unit was tore up. There was no trash can. No remote for the tv. There was some sort of whote powder all over the carpet. I immediately went back up and we canceled our room and left.

The entire hotel was run down and not cleaned. We asked for more pillows and more towels (we booked for four and were given two towels). Dispite two re guests we never received any. The advertised pool was not only closed but condemned.
