Not family friendly it’s like a motel not hotel beds was hard had a a lot off strange people walking around when we go there had a homeless man and his dog just hanging around to me it was just unsafe and frightening

Clean, safe, ADA friendly.

Honestly, I didn't know what to expect. We never stayed in that area before but I was pleasantly surprised. The really nice thing was that the room was ADA friendly and there were certain things that they put in the room that every Hotel should consider. They had a bench by the bathroom they had a bunch of towels underneath the sink, they had an office chair that had no arms on it and a very comfortable armchair which was very convenient. Plenty of pillows, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the area was safe. The next exit down on the highway had every breakfast restaurant you could think of so it was very convenient. We will refinery stay there again.

We got a late check out for this morning through the front desk when we got there last night…front desk agent was wonderful! I left my wife asleep in the room while I ran up the road to get her coffee she called me crying stating that housekeeping knocked on the door and she told them she was in there and not dressed 3 of the housekeepers proceeded to open the door anyways and held it open saying that we did not have a late check out I called the front desk on my way back to the hotel to explain to them I asked for a late checkout and the gentleman told me late check out was at 12 it was then realized we in deed did have a late check out while I was on the phone with the front desk the house keepers knocked on the doir of our hotel room again and tried to open it once again after my wife said do not open that door again I’m not dressed!! My wife’s privacy was invaded by 3 workers of this hotel and hotel management did not seem to care that it happened! Also on top of this the pictures of the property and the rooms are not what you get when you get there in person rooms are smaller and do not look like the pictures at all we were very disappointed to think we were getting I nice hotel and for it to be not what was pictured is false advertisement!

I came to Ocala for my son's wedding and the hotel staff didn't clean the rooms good even after I asked them 2. The biggest issue was the key wouldn't open the door. The 3 days that we needed to change attire to go to different places it wouldn't open without getting the staff,, FRUSTRATING!

Simple sweet Suprise

Our stay here was excellent. The breakfast was great, fresh every morning. When we arrived the attendant wasn't able to locate our reservation. With a little assistance from her co-worker this issue was quickly resolved. We originally reserved a room with a King bed. After the attendant relayed that our room was given to a guest with the same name we were generously upgraded to a very nice suite. Both attendants were eager to help accommodate us and I've already received my deposit back. I would definitely recommend this HOTEL. Be mindful of the Circle K near the hotel if you're purchasing lottery tickets if you're from out of town. . One of cashiers there cashed my fiancees ticket in and took the money. He tried to tell him he had no money in the register to cover the ticket...that was a lie as well. I actually work for this company so upon leaving FL we returned to the circle K store, reported the cashier and my fiancee received his money. Otherwise it was a fantastic trip!
