I gave them 5 stars because I think I got what I paid for. The room was less than $100, so I didn’t expect much. There was no soap in the hotel! We had to go to Publix to buy soap. The room was badly in need of remodeling.

It did not start off well because I didnt have the room I originally ordered but, the staff at the front desk helped and figured things out for us. The rest of the staff did not speak a word of English and gave me a bad attitude when I asked if more eggs and sausage was coming out. I tried to get oatmeal and she told me no sorry. Then she brings some anyway. Staff was just very rude. They did not keep up on the breakfast. People were constantly complaining and waiting in long lines. That was by far the worst breakfast experience I ever had

The staff was very friendly. The location is extremely convenient to I-75. The grounds and building appear to be clean and well maintained. The included breakfast is acceptable. A nice mix of hot and cold options. Our room (318) was spacious. The one negative was the bed. The mattress was well used with a “well” in the middle.

The hotel is dated, dirty, no water pressure on bathtub. Mold on walls, super nasty dirty carpey. Looked under bed and that space has not beem vacuumed in a year! Sheets werr dirty.. just a very nasty place. Horrible experience.
