The staff were very friendly and helpful, and were the best part of my stay. But the hotel itself is different than the photos. It’s dirty, the hallway and some rooms smelled like urine, and there were run down or broken items throughout the hotel.

The flooring installed on the floor had gaps between sections that were grater than 1/4". In at least one case, a saw cur was only half way through the section. The coffee maker did not work in any outlet. One of the switches by the door controlled a wall sconse, the other apparently did nothing. AC was down in tht room, I knew that and said it was acceptable. The faucet in the battroom basin was not properly connected to the counter. The ends were sliding by 1//2 inch or rmore when the water temperature was changed. The cost benefit was not enough to entice me to return, - - D. Scott Bonomi

The room was clean and there staff were also kind during the stay. Public transportation drops off at the front door of the hotel using route 12 and is a connection to the BART Station. Breakfast was on time and offered as a complimentary meal for those staying in the hotel.
