"Check in was easy. Staff was friendly and efficient. The property looks MUCH better online. The first thing I saw as I entered the room was a dirty, disgusting chair and ottoman. I was immediately turned off and very uncomfortable for the rest of my stay.
I checked out and was downstairs at the time I was supposed to be to take the shuttle, which I registered for, to the airport. I asked the gentleman at the desk about it and he said it would be there shortly. After almost half an hour, it still hadn’t arrived. I went to the desk and asked about it again and he looked at me like I had three heads. He made a call and a few
minutes later it came. How long would I have been sitting there had not said something to him, after I had already asked about it? I do not recommend. "
