"Hotel was great just when they mopped had the whole lobby smelling like poop! I’m not sure if it was the mops, water, or what but every time they freshly cleaned the lobby it smelled for a while!"

"I think it's mainly a staffing issue. After our first night we were out all day the next day. We came back to the room and it hadn't been cleaned. While we were still getting ready for dinner, the cleaning person came. It was probably 5:30. We weren't quite ready and she looked exhausted after I said we weren't quite ready, so I suggested she come back the next day instead and just give us some fresh towels. The next day we were out a lot of the day again and when we got back they had refreshed towels and emptied trash, but didn't make the bed or clean. So we actually never got our room cleaned. I imagine they start on the checked out rooms first, so that's why ours was later, but after 3 nights there it was just odd to not have a cleaned room."

"We had a lovely stay at The Morrow. Our room was ready early, which was convenient for us. The valet and doormen were all quite helpful, and since we were their for our son's wedding, we had quite a bit of luggage! We were greeted promptly by the congenial desk staff. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hallways were quiet. About 35 of the rooms were occupied by wedding guests and we did not hear any complaints."

"The place was clean and the staffs were nice and very friendly and very helpful! The location of this hotel is great! But other than that the hotel is very minimalistic! I didn’t care, because I was traveling by myself! But if i had my wife with, I wouldn’t pick this place!"
