"An excellent, family-oriented place to stay while exploring the DMV area. The only issue we encountered was that the website listed a shuttle service, which led us to believe it would be available during our stay; however, there is no shuttle service at this property."

"The first guy I ran into was ok then someone exchanged with him at 11pm . That guy at 11pm something else but here is my email Dear Hotels.com Customer Support, I am writing to formally complain about my recent hotel stay and to request both a refund Upon checking into my room, I found it to be unsanitary. There appeared to be an old dead mouse or rodent remains in the corner of the room, which made the room unacceptable and caused significant distress. Due to the condition of the room, I requested a refund; however, my request was denied and I was informed that I needed to contact Hotels.com directly but I couldn't get through the line. In addition to the sanitation issues, I have concerns regarding events that occurred before and during my check-in process. I would like more information about any communications or decisions prior to checkin and the assignment of my room. "

"Worst pillows ever! Garage didn’t have a height limit sign and we damaged our van. Breakfast would have cost an additional $20 each. Desk people neglected to give us the parking pass we didn’t know we would need and got charged $25 gor our “free” parking."
