Every thing was awesome! Only complaint was the ac unit was very loud by the master bedroom window. It was hard to sleep, But otherwise great property. I had a great time, Very easy check in . Owner was very attentive and friendly.

Our stay at this property was perfect. The condo was incredibly clean and very tastefully decorated. The fact that the condo was on the first floor, so we never had to haul anything up or down a flight of stairs, was a bonus. Parking is literally a few steps from the door, which was very nice as well. We will definitely stay here again when we are in North Myrtle Beach.

The perfect place for us

We loved Rick's place and actually pivoted to here from a previously booked condo. Im so glad we did. Rick was fantastic with communication, the place was spotless and comfortable for us and my mother-in-lae. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this place or to stay here again. We loved the pool. The neighbors were all friendly and the neighborhood was safe and calm, but mere minutes to everything.

Peaceful and Cozy Getaway

We had a truly relaxing stay at this lovely property. It’s a bit farther from the beach than some others, but still within an easy walking distance—and that turned out to be a major plus. The area is quiet, without the noise and crowds that come with beachfront rentals, which made it perfect for unwinding. The place itself is cozy, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need. Whether you’re sipping coffee in the morning or winding down after a day in the sun, it just feels like a peaceful retreat. Highly recommend and would love to come back!

Clean and nice stay

Clean. Everything looked new. New listing. Fabulous location. Air conditioner will be set at 75 when you come in but cools off farely quickly. Has everything you can think of. Laundry soap, dish soap, extra pillows, blankets and towels. Super cute place. Rick was a pleasure and really made this a nice stay! Will book here every time I come back.

Great space

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious and very clean. We were in town for a softball tournament and the condo was located minutes from 2 off the three sports complexes. It was just a short walk to the beach or a minute drive. Friendly neighborhood. The owner Rick was great! Was available to answer any questions I had and very accommodating.

A Beautiful Gem

The pictures do not do this place justice. It’s beautifully decorated and Rick has thought of every thing. He is a welcoming host and the condo shows his hospitality and appreciation for cleanliness. He stocked the kitchen and laundry room with the necessary supplies and more. The condo is nicely decorated and exceptionally clean. It was the perfect place for my family to stay. I will be back.

Go Chanticleer with the Teal Doors! 🎉

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful property in a lovely and friendly neighborhood. The property is just as pictured online. We were extremely comfortable with great amenities. In between going out to eat, we were able to prepare small meals in the lovely kitchen/dining area. Everything was pretty much provided except the food!!! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and met some pretty cool people and hung out together for awhile. Also, we got a great restaurant recommendation from our upstairs neighbors who were on their balcony chilling one evening. This property is close to seeminly everything you can think of. It is North Myrtle Beach, so it is a short drive from Myrtle Beach. We loved it and will seek this property again in the future. The owner of the condo is really nice and cool... We made a great connection immediately! You won't be disappointed! It's spacious and the one!
