The Prince Hakone Lake Ashinoko
Hotel was clean and the staff were all very polite and helpful. The beds were a little uncomfortable, the AC didn’t work well and the room was hot but we were able to open the windows which was nice. Overall, the hotel was dated and guest rooms could use a renovation
