"The pool is very small which results in it becoming dirty very quickly however staff are quick to clean it if you ask them. The location was 10/10 if you don't want to be in a busy area but still have a great beach and good restaurants near by, I felt very safe here and the staff were extremely friendly. The only thing missing for us was a balcony in the room but the hotel has none so that is fine. Would recommend and would stay again! Obrigado"

"Overall, the hotel is excellent, and our stay was truly memorable. The facilities, service, and atmosphere exceeded our expectations, and the experience as a whole was extraordinary. We would like to especially highlight Caio and the young Carlo for their constant help and kindness throughout our stay. A special thank you as well to Djaci for his excellent service and warm treatment during our dinners at the hotel, and to Patrick for his outstanding service during the afternoons and evenings. We would like to give very special recognition to Jairan Andrade, who was absolutely incredible from the very first day. We had to complete the check-in process twice and received conflicting information regarding payment conditions. Additionally, we experienced recurring issues with our room keys over five days, which required us to return to the front desk daily for assistance. There were also some inconsistencies with bathroom amenities. Improving coordination and service at the front desk would further elevate an already excellent hotel experience.
