The mattress was paper thin and looked like 20 + years old. When I complained to staff, I got no apologies no offer to change it. Which told me the other rooms sleeper sofas were probably in the same condition. It was room 322. We couldn’t sleep after we saw and were sickened and wondering what the King mattress we were sleeping on looked like but too afraid to look. "
