Summary:
Seange is a two-bedroom apartment located just 2 km from the beach of Nieuwpoort. A great place to stay for a peaceful vacation with your family or loved ones. Seange features a beautiful view of the harbor channel, the promenade and the Maritime Park. During your stay, you can use several facilities; including the heated swimming pool, heated splash pool for the children, beach volley court, 3 petanque courts and a sandbox. There's something for everyone!

The Space:
Apartment Seange features a spacious living and dining room. This space has large windows that immediately allow a lot of light to enter. The living room has 2 large couches (one of which can be converted into a sofa bed), a flat-screen TV and a wooden dining table with seating for 6 people. You can also find the open kitchen with closed storage in this room. It is equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare your own meals. In the storage room there is extra storage space as well as a washing machine.

From the living room/kitchen you have a beautiful view over the harbor channel, the promenade and the Maritime Park of Nieuwpoort. It is lovely to relax on the terrace with garden furniture. As well as the swimming pool and all other facilities are visible from the terrace.

Seange has 2 spacious bedrooms. Both have a double bed. There is plenty of storage space under the beds.

The bathroom has a double sink and bathtub. There is a separate toilet in the hallway.

During your stay, you can make free use of an underground garage box, which means your vacation can start immediately upon arrival!

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the apartment and its facilities.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
