Access to the village square in 5 minutes by a pedestrian path from the garden, and to the city center by a free shuttle running every 20 minutes until midnight. The beach 5 minutes by car.

Beautiful, peaceful, can’t wait to return!

Our family of 8 had an incredible stay in this magical property! The owners went above & beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy during our stay. The house itself is simple but very clean, very comfortable and the neighborhood is very quiet. There are spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds and 4 large bathrooms. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and make ourselves comfortable. The outdoor areas and views are spectacular and the home offered everything we needed. The newly refinished pool is beautiful and the outdoor seating & sunbathing areas are plentiful. Our grandchildren enjoyed playing in the spacious yard and bouncing on the trampoline. It’s only a 10 minute walk up to the Chateau Grimaldi where the view is spectacular and there are several lively outdoor restaurants to enjoy. The center of town is 5-10 minutes farther but be aware, it is quite an uphill climb to return! We definitely recommend this property, it provides for a wonderful stay in the south of France!

Breath-taking views

Gorgeous property, beautiful outdoor area with pool, kids playground and trampoline. Perfect for families with young children. How was very clean, it has everything you need when on vacation. Alain, the owner was a wonderful host. Extremely responsive. Cagne-sur-mer castle a short walk a way with a nice square and few good restaurant options. Beach area short drive away. Highly recommended

What a view

So beutiful place, very clean house, house owner was super nice and easy to contact. House was up in the hills wich means beautiful view and long and hard walks :) but at least we get a good laugh and will remember it forever. With love; Group of 10

Fantastic property and super host

Value for money! You probably won’t find any better location in Haut de Cagnes than Alain Jeanne’s house. A mid-sized car can easily be parked in the garage which is really helpful as the streets outside are quite narrow. Alain is responsive and does his very best to make the guests feel welcome. I could come back any time!

Villa Grimaldi July 23

The site is fantastic, with wonderful views of the sea, Haut de Cagnes and the mountains. Outside areas and pool very good, with excellent maintenance. The house is spacious, and with good bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. AC is not available in two of the five bedrooms, with can be a problem during hot weeks. Kitchen equipment ok, but somewhat below expectations. Located on a hill, requires strong legs but the walk to Haut de Cagnes restaurants is short. Free shuttle bus from the village downhill is excellent. All in all a very nice house for good weather vacations. No indoor dining table.
