The apartment was well located and as pictured, although always a wide angled camera presents a much larger space than actually exists. Instructions on getting the keys could have been shared earlier to alleviate concern. Once the keys were in hand, it took us nearly an hour to enter the apartment through their 2 door system, the first being a vestibule. The lock system is incredibly difficult and we would have been standing there for who knows how long if not for a kind neighbor, having experienced the same difficulties, shared a couple of tips and eventually opened the vestibule door us. Entry remained a challenge the entire 2 weeks of our stay! We were never able to get concierge to reset the safe and after back and forth messages claiming the safe was reset - no it was not - we gave up. Other requests were eventually addressed. We considered these unnecessary annoyances that should/could have been avoided to provide a better experience. Location is of upmost importance to us for our time in Nice and the apartment is central to all, a short walk to the beach and many of our favorite restaurants.
