Welcome to my spacious lower apartment, perfectly situated within walking distance of the magnificent Niagara Falls!

With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, the apartment comfortably sleeps up to six guests. Each bed features premium quality mattresses, hotel-grade linens, cozy duvets, and plush pillows—guaranteeing a restful night’s sleep.

Stairs with handrails provide easy access to the apartment, and security measures ensure peace of mind. There are actively recording cameras covering the driveway, front door, and pool area which record video and audio. All devices are located on the exterior of the property. There are no surveillance or monitoring devices in the apartment.

This pool is open when weather permits. It is not heated 365 days a year. You can expect the pool to be closed in late September and open in late April. These dates may change based on the weather. If we are not walking around in shorts I doubt you will want to be walking around in a wet swimsuit. Message me before booking to verify if the pool is open.

The grounds of the property were gorgeous lots of beautiful flowers in the pool very well taken care of. It had a nice big barbecue that we were able to use for dinner one night that was spectacular alsoInside it is very spacious and everyone really liked the great mattresses on the bed.Location was great. Very close to Niagara Falls and just a short drive from the beautiful Niagara on the lake.Our host was very welcoming and it was great to get a lot of good information for touring the area from him.All in all, it was a wonderful place to stay while visiting Niagara Falls Canada!

It was very nice. Didn’t realize we were sharing the house with the host. He was great though. If I would have read all the reviews I would have known but it was not bad at all. Chris gave a lot of great recommendations. Didn’t get to all of them but the passes definitely a good call. Parking around the falls was bad and those passes got us around the falls effortlessly. House was in a great location for everything. House was gorgeous didn’t get to use the pool since we were out and about. That backyard is gorgeous. Well maintained house and yard. All the rooms were great sizes. Great space for any vacation.

Amazing Location and perfect accommodation's

This location is perfect. a nice spot with a pool just a walk away (15 minutes) from the falls. Perfect place to stay to take your family on a Niagara falls adventure. very nice rooms, very clean, kitchen etc - everything you need. And the pool is really nice and perfect for those in between moments when the 8 year old still needed something to do. Chris was so gracious and so accommodating, answered every question/text and was really helpful when we were there!

Great place to stay in Niagara Falls ON

Very nicely furnished basement apartment for the three generations of my family staying here. Comfortable living, 3 baths, and 3 sleeping spaces. Kitchen has everything you might need. Be aware there is no dishwasher, one is not listed nor pictured. The stairs down into the basement are a bit narrow and steep, just an FYI if you have a disability. The owner lives in the main house above the apartment, so the two minor things we needed taken care of were done immediately. Pool and backyard were a great feature especially for the grandkids. The house is within reasonable walking distance to the falls area. There's a nice grocery store and Super Walmart a short drive away. HIGHLY Recommend!

Great trip, great location!

My family and I, 6 people in all (3 children) had a wonderful adventure in Niagara Falls, Canada! The property was the perfect size. All of the beds were very comfortable and there were a TON of extra blankets and pillows located throughout. Our stay was comfortable and convenient being a very short drive down to the falls. Chris, our host, lives on property and was not only very responsive, but a wealth of knowledge. Thanks for a lovely place to stay!

Great property, Convenient to the falls

Clean home and owner was on site for us which was comforting. 3 bedrooms, 2 with full baths and all clean. My wife and I took the bedroom without the bath and let the kids have the bedrooms with bathrooms which was good as they could take their long showers. You can't really walk to the Niagara attractions but the savings over 2 hotel rooms was great. Recommended for families who are tired of sharing a hotel room with their kids. The pool really defines oasis, the backyard is stunning.

Fantastic Host

Chris was a fantastic host. He was very helpful and willing to answer questions and make great suggestions about the area. The photos dont do the pool and backyard justice, they are amazing! The space itself had plenty of room and the location was walkable to the wego (bus) on Dummond street, which made getting everywhere super easy. I will say i wouldnt walk it late at night unless in a big group, but the house itself was safe and location great. We were surprised it was under Chris's own property, but he was so friendly and unobtrusive it didnt bother us. Infact, he alerted us proactively to the upcoming liquor strike, offered flexibility on booking, and was very responsive. Overall, we had a wonderful time and our todler loved the pool and all the room to run around downstairs.

Property was very nice and clean. We weren’t aware the owner lives on site but he wasn’t really around and was reachable by text or phone call. The rented space is down in the basement - sunshine lovers would miss out but rooms and place is very spacious. Everything you would need is available. Backyard is big and would be lovely to use during summer time. The gate to the back was locked - had to ask owner to unlock for us. You had to walk out and around the house to get there. Overall we had a nice stay.

Brother inlaws birthday weekend

Chris was an amazing host, we had an incredible weekend. Good location, close to lots of restaurants and the strip but far enough away to have a nice quiet night by the fire. The basement was spacious enough to have our own space away from each other but also had those common areas to hang out in. We also loved the conversations we had with you chris, youre such a nice person, we will definitely be booking again.

My husband and I and my sister and her husband stayed for 4 nights snd had a lovely time. My sister was traveling from California and arrived late one night before I got there. No issue at all for her getting in house late during the night. My husband and I arrived the next day from South Carolina. Chris the owner was very friendly and we enjoyed chatting with him. Just What We Needed

This property was perfect for our 3-4 day visit to the Canadian side of Niagara Falls. It was within walking distance of the Falls, which was super important to us, as we did not want to negotiate parking in that area. We came with a 3-month old, an 8-year old, a 9-year old, and my mother, and the space was perfect for our needs. The pool was an especially popular feature. Chris and his fiancee clearly take pride in the home and yard and put lots of effort into its upkeep. It was clean, well-stocked with necessities, attractive, and comfortable. They were both very friendly and responsive, going so far as to even adjust the temperature for the home overall because we were a tad too chilly downstairs. We enjoyed our stay with them thoroughly and highly recommend their property.

Convenient Niagara Falls location

The place was very spacious and clean with up-to-date fixtures and well decorated. Great facilities for cooking and relaxing. Centrally located to the downtown area and Niagara Falls area. Within walking distance to both attractions. Pool and outside areas were well maintained. I was a bit surprised by the fact that the whole indoor space, where we stayed was in the basement with steep stairs. I would recommend warning guest that might have difficulty with stairs to be aware. Also no direct outdoor entrance, seemed like it could be problematic. Host were friendly and welcoming, it was especially nice that they were life long locals with good navigation skills.

Great property with a great location

Our group had a lovely stay at this property. We were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to visit, including the Falls. The apartment was clean, well supplied, and well laid out, and the hosts were excellent with communication. We were very comfortable. The only thing I would recommend would be an additional toilet—with 5 people, one bathroom got a little crazy at times.
