Staff was very pleasant, courteous, accommodating! I arrived early and staff allowed me to check in early since my room was ready. Magnificent! Room was very clean. Good breakfast. Small gym with only one treadmill working and no free weights unfortunately. Inside pool was closed. Other than those two amenities, staff was great!

Good location, across from Fallsview casino Room was clean, breakfast was good and the ladies working there kept everything topped up and clean Lock your vehicles and keep stuff out of sight. Don’t leave ANYTHING in your car or it will be gone!!

The room was really shabby and depressing. The tv was staticky and didn’t get a clear picture. The front desk staff could not even find their own hotel on a map. Would not stay there again.
