Ok guesthouse with welcoming, nice staff.

Small guesthouse with basic needs in center of beach city. There is no elevator and in room phone. I didn’t get one of the balcony room that I booked due to facility manternance. I wasn’t happy, but life goes on. I could not give a harsher review, because I love the all female staff. They were warm, welcoming, friendly, and have good communication skills.

This guesthouse is not easy to find. Taxi driver drive around and around. He is not able to find. Room is not clear enough as there are small animals on the bed while I am sleeping. Service is good as the manager guide me to walk around the city by public transportation

Real nice convenient location.

GREAT STAFF, GREAT STAFF. Mira (the hotel manager) spoke great English, was very funny while being extremely helpful. She arranged a great snorkeling trip and an even better Easy Rider guided motor cycle trip up the coast to Bo Fall Waterfalls and then back thru the countryside stopping at numerous locations where my excellent guide (Mr. Tam) explained a lot of VN culture. Mira worked afternoons and evenings and helped out with all requests for info. In the morning a young man named Nin was a warm and inquisitive conversationalist. Simply wonderful person. These two and he cheerful housekeeper made my 5 night stay their simply wonderful.

나짱에서 머무는 동안 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 직원들이 모두 친절합니다. 그들이 소개해주는 스노클링 프로그램 또한 훌륭합니다. 저렴한 가격에 모터바이크를 빌려 많은곳을 둘러볼 수 있었습니다. 아쉬운 점은 창문밖 에어컨 실외기의 소음인데, 수리 후라면 조용할것이라 기대합니다.

comfortable, clean, great staff

We had a wonderful time at Diva Hotel! The staff were extremely helpful and hospitable. Their English was perfect so this is a good place to stay for those who struggle with local language barrier. We first had the balcony room which is really comfortable and airy. Our second room was smaller and loud, but that was ok. Rooms are clean and basic. Nobody told us this but to have hot water you should turn on the black switch. We learned the hard way. There are tons of restaurants and nightlife nearby within walking distance. Also, they provide a really good price for doing the boat tour of 4 islands (a lively excursion with the tour group Funky Monkey). We compared this price to other tourists on our boat.

Good hotel, Great staff

Small guesthouse in the tourist area. Room was large, clean and comfortable. My first time staying here but will remember for my next trip. The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. Santa Claus says thank you!

Fine and cheap hotel. Got all you need. The staff is amazing - especially a big thank you too Lee, who helped us with everything from booking tickets to driving us to the bus.

Flotte værelser opvejer for dårlig service

Super flotte værelser og god service i forhold til at booke ture og viden om Hoi An generelt. Inden afgang blev vi dog bedt om at hjælpe hende med at kontakte en tidligere gæst, som hotellet havde haft en konflikt med. Konflikten havde været mellem gæsten og en tidligere ansat, som ifølge receptionisten nu var blevet fyret. Ifølge hende ville deres forretning gå konkurs hvis ikke vi hjalp dem, så vi prøvede selvfølgelig at hjælpe. Efterfølgende er vi blevet opmærksom på, at dette er en løgn, og at vi ikke er de første gæster, de prøver at udnytte til at stalke tidligere gæster som har skrevet dårlige anmeldelser. Så vær MEGET opmærksom på ikke at få jer selv rodet ud i noget lignende.

Love my front desk ladies!

We arrived bright and early off the bus at 6am and after emailing them the day before to let them know, they were able to get us into our room straight away. After a well needed nap, we realized the wifi wasn't working and the TV wasn't working properly, so we brought it to their attention and they IMMEDIATELY got to fixing it. The TV was fixed within 2 hours and even though the wifi took until the next day, they basically upgraded all of their wifi routers throughout the building. It was just poor timing that they went when we arrived. But once they got them up and running (less than 24 hours later) the wifi worked great! They helped get us our train tickets to continue on to Ho Chi Minh and even had somebody personally deliver them for an extra 40,000VND (like $1) so we wouldn't have to worry about picking them up and where to go at the station. The girls at the front desk were absolutely lovely and told us about some amazing local places to check out within walking distance. They even invited us out for a night on the town, but due to packing and having to be up early for the train we weren't able to make it. But they were absolute stars and I would go back just to visit them! Overall, room was great, probably need an upgrade with the AC units, but they kept the room cool to about 20C. The balcony was cute, even though the massive building built across the way blocked any type of view they used to have of the city. Bed was comfy, fridge was great and showers are ok.

Friendly staff, great location

I loved this hotel. The front desk staff was so sweet and helpful. The rooms were bright, clean and spacious. It was a block away from the beach and was exactly what I was looking for. Lots of great restaurants around. Multiple convenience stores located right by the hotel as well. Fully recommended!

Hotel in ruhiger Lage

Zum Hotel: Die Fotos täuschen. Die Zimmer sind sehr abgewohnt und es mangelt an Hygiene und Sauberkeit sowohl im Bad als auch im Zimmer. Dafür war das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer Gasse und ist deswegen vom Lärm auf den Hauptstraßen geschützt. Ich würde allerdings bei einem weiteren Besuch in Nha Trang ein anderes Hotel wählen.

première nuit affreuse, chambre sans fenetre, alors que nous avions réservé une chambre avec balcon. Literie nulle. la 2ème nuit, nous avons enfin pu changer de chambre. petit déjeuner trsè moyen.

bonne situation de cet hotel

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et avons réservé des nuitées supplémentaires. Grande gentillesse de tout le personnel. Par contre, ils ne parlent pas anglais.
