Instead of just acknowledging us and saying hey sorry guys I’ll be right with you soon as I can… she simply pretended we were not there and chose to ignore, be very rude and after 4 attempts to try and relax at the bar I gave up! This alone has made me unwilling to bother staying at the millennium again. Very sad as it was always our favourite go too."
