This is an older property with not very personable staff, but our room was fine, with a nice view of the thermal springs out our window and right beside the Whakarewarewa Living Maori Village, which we enjoyed touring. The breakfast was exceptional.

Nice Place to Stay in Rotorua

Nice property with lots of parking available. We booked 2 rooms and had requested for both rooms to be close together however this wasn't the case. We had one room on ground floor and the other on the next floor. Getting credits for not having room cleaned each day is nice as we don't normally get our rooms cleaned so getting $10 credit each day is awesome. There's washing machine, dryer and water filter tap to fill your bottles. City centre is about a 5 mins drive. Overall a nice hotel to stay in while in Rotorua.

The Sulphur smells so bad you wake up gagging on the smell of sewage. It was so strong it stained the smell of our clothing.

Room wasn’t cleaned properly and didn’t meet the description. When I asked for a clean room which matched the description of when we booked they provided another room which was not to the description or been cleaned properly. Poor customer service, no sympathy or care.
