The house measures 163 m² and was built in 1901. It has been continuously renovated, most recently in 2020. There is plenty of space for the whole family in the spacious kitchen-diner or in the large living room with dining area.
Outside, you can enjoy the 5,600 m² plot surrounding the house. There are terraces with garden furniture on both sides of the house, and the terrace facing the garden is covered. The garden offers swings, a trampoline, a fire pit, and a nearby forest where children can explore and build dens.
Both Nexø and Balka Beach are within easy reach, making the house ideal for a family holiday on Bornholm. Nexø offers shopping, mini golf, restaurants, and more.
