The heart of the house is the living area with dining area, open kitchen and sofa corner. Spend cozy moments here on the sofa or eating while a fire crackles in the fireplace.



A highlight of the house is the large wooden terrace with garden furniture, where you can spend many hours in the sun and overlooking the property. Gather the family or friends in the evening for a nice barbecue and prepare delicious fish dishes on the grill. Fishing opportunities are namely only a few hundred meters from the house.



After a short walk you can reach the sandy beach and the sea, which invite you to swim or build sandcastles.
