The house is very bright and cozy thanks to large windows and open room concept up to the gable. The large living room is the place for coziness, where you can spend many a nice hour and sit together in the evening playing games or watching TV. In addition, the house has a well-equipped kitchen area, a nice bathroom and three comfortable bedrooms.
From the living room you have access to a large partially covered terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Here you can socialize, enjoy sun rays, read a good book and just take a deep breath with a cup of coffee or a good glass of wine. On the property around the house there is plenty of space for exercise for young and old.
You live in an attractive area with relatively short distance to the beach, where you can spend many an hour swimming and sunbathing. The cozy Snogebæk offers good restaurants, shopping and nice little stores. You can drive to Dueodde and visit the lighthouse or to Nexø and visit its church or butterfly park.
