The main residence features five beautifully appointed bedrooms and five modern bathrooms, while a detached guesthouse adds two additional bedrooms and two baths, offering privacy and comfort for larger groups. An elevator connecting all three levels ensures easy accessibility throughout the home.

Other Important Details:

- Thanks to our cool coastal breeze, most Newport Beach homes do not have air conditioning (AC). Every home comes with fans so you can open the windows and enjoy the beach air like a local. If AC is important to you, please double check if it is listed as an amenity.

- Parking is provided at your rental unit. However, we cannot guarantee your vehicle will fit in the designated spot, so you may need to find street parking. Street parking can be impacted due to proximity to the beach.

- We do our best to stay on top of any remodels or construction happening near our properties, but construction can pop up in the City of Newport Beach without notice. By city rule, construction is only permitted Monday through Friday, 7am to 6:30pm.

- This home is equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. Please note that, due to seasonal demand and the potential need for service or repairs, uninterrupted A/C operation cannot be guaranteed.
