so when we arrived we were given a luggage cart with a flat tire and no one to help. the maids and the dominican girl working the front desk were terrific and as helpful as possible. i complained on the first day that the closet door did not work and that the bathroom sink was going down too slow we had to endure the noise from the water pipes making a horrible noise day and night, i called to get towels so i can shower the day after we arrived and the man at the desk said he was sending someone right up so i showered and stood there so long that i air dried i was already dressed by the time the towels came i told the guy who brought up the towels that i had called 45 minutes ago and he just shrugged his shoulders and left. i had to request that the sheets be changed cause there was mouse poop on the sheet that we were laying on. there was supposed to be a continental breakfast and everyone was complaining they didnt even serve eggs. there were only 3 channels that we can watch on the TV otherwise you had to watch perry mason reruns.we paid a lot of money to stay here, and for all the issues we dealt with it should of been no more than $30 a day.

Did not make bed after first night. Told the front desk that light bulbs we're missing in table lamp and bed wall lamp. Told me they would take care of it but never did. No place to place soap in shower except on the floor. No coffee or tea available except at breakfast. Worst breakfast we ever had in a hotel. Could not close curtains for complete privacy or to keep light out. Furniture looked liked a dozen kids were allowed to play on it with toys.

Very confortable bed and cleaned bathroom. The elevator was damaged and we had to use the stairs for one day (great cardio fitness) hihihi. Parking around the area is very difficult. It’s a very crowded zone but easy access to different localities (restaurants, park ....)

Over all room was clean, staff were nice but unfortunately around 5am my family woke up to our entire bathroom flooded. when repeatedly asked for a manger, we were told a manger would be at the property at 1am but check out was at 11am and I was not going to allow my family to sit around the lobby for a manager that showed no regard for me nor my families concerns. front desk staff said only thing she could do is give us a discount for if we came to the hotel again. as of now I would like to know who to contact for a refund for our unfortunate night at this property.

No Parking on Site.No Vale, No Parking on street, metered if your Lucky.Two years ago when I stayed there ( different Owners) there was Parking for Guests. Breakfast was OK but could have more selections,Attendant WAS EXCELLANT.
