The hotel was great and I slept really good. I overslept and did not get to eat breakfast so I couldn’t really comment on that. There’s not an option that says didn’t have breakfast, but the hotel was great. Loved it.

My experience at this hotel was by far the worst in my life. The rooms were dirty, and the only electrical appliance available was a refrigerator. As for the staff, that was a whole other story. When I asked one of the workers to fix the YouTube on the TV, he spoke to me rudely and told me to fix it myself. After I insisted, he came, fixed it, but then threw the remote control onto the bed as he left. Despite this, I still thanked him, but he didn’t even respond. The next morning, a cleaning lady came to notify us of the checkout time, but she banged on the door as if raiding a criminal’s house. When I asked her to give us a moment to get dressed, she shouted loudly: “You will pay twenty dollars!” It was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable behavior. The staff all seemed to be from the same family, and there was zero sense of hospitality. I would never choose this hotel again — even if they offered it to me for free. كانت تجربتي في هذا الفندق أسوأ تجربة في حياتي على الإطلاق. الغرف كانت متسخة، ولا يوجد أي جهاز كهربائي سوى الثلاجة. أما بالنسبة للعمال، فهذه قصة بحد ذاتها. عندما طلبت من أحدهم إصلاح اليوتيوب في التلفاز، تحدث معي بوقاحة وقال لي أن أصلحه بنفسي. وبعد إصراري، جاء وأصلحه، لكنه عند خروجه رمى جهاز التحكم على السرير. ورغم ذلك شكرته، لكنه لم يرد. في الصباح، جاءت عاملة تنظيف لإخبارنا بوقت الخروج، لكنها طرقت الباب وكأنها تداهم منزل مجرمين. وعندما طلبت منها أن تمهلنا حتى نرتدي ملابسنا، صرخت بصوت عالٍ قائلة: "ستدفع عشرين دول

Our flight was cancelled and we were unable to get another one for a couple of days. We were appreciative that we were able to get a room but the room was not clean. Sheets and towels were dingy. Carpet was filthy. As a positive, the staff was very friendly.

The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. There was easy parking and, apart from nearby construction which started at a reasonable time in the morning, the area was quiet. The hotel could do with an update / repaint and the breakfast option was only pain au chocolat with coffee or juice (rather than all the options shown in the photo).

The reservation did not get canceled and the beds were clean. The room i ordered (3 Queen beds) was ready for me after an 8 hour drive. Location and bathroom was a little rough, floor was wet by fridge and room was moldy smelling but we slept great and were able to walk to the subway. Car was safe the whole time. I wasn’t expecting a pristine stay and the trip was a success, so no major complaints. Thank you!
