Bus ride from the airport was a little scary and unfriendly but other than that, the experience has been amazing. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the hotel is very clean!!

Was not informed there was a shuttle from LGA so ending paying $160 for an Uber. When I booked, the site stated there was an on site restaurant (there isn't) and there was transportation to the cruise port (there isn't). On the plus side the room was modern and very clean

We were told free airport shuttle to hotel. When we called for shuttle it had stopped for evening. Had to pay for a cab.

This hotel advertises airport shuttle. I arrived at JFK. No shuttle. When I called, the call sounded like the agent was at a day care. I got disconnected. Called back the front desk clerk was rather rude and kept asking for my terminal. I kept telling her I followed the hotel shuttle signs. She was of no help and largely lacked understanding of guests that are unfamiliar with NYC. Turns out they only shuttle from LaGuardia. Thankfully Leomar at Travelocity was there to help me which was very comforting after traveling all day. I ended up staying at another hotel that a very kind shuttle driver took me to.

Love the room. Well designed as space is small but used wisely. Bed was very comfy & walk in shower is huge! Staff is very nice & friendly!
