The front desk staff were so extremely helpful especially since we had our flights cancelled. They helped us figure out how to book our extended stay and made sure we were taken care of! Room was very clean and neat and housekeeping was always offering to take out trash and wash our clothes.

The room was extremely small, about the size of a cruise ship cabin. Even though we were on the 26th floor, we could hear everything from outside. The air conditioning was very loud and sounded like an airplane engine every time it turned on.

Great stay, we got the 45th Floor, amazing views, great staff, good location and good facilities. Only drawback is the placement of bathroom facilities which means no privacy. Daily housekeeping.

Room was hot, temperature wouldnt drop below 68 even with AC blasting. Elevators are slow and always packed. Breakfest is lackluster and chaotic. Location is great, but thats about the only thing this hotel has going for it.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is ideally located and offers a magnificent view. The reception staff is outstanding. As French speakers, we were pleasantly surprised to be welcomed by a very friendly receptionist who spoke perfect French, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
