They message with easy to follow directions for getting the shuttle from JFK. Shuttle driver was nice and the ride was smooth. The room was your average hotel room for this price and the bed was super comfy. But, the rooms were loud. You can hear everything going on outside, heels clicking down the hallways, etc. So if you are a light sleeper keep that in mind. The other thing is, if you are looking at staying here because it pulled up on the list for hotels with a shuttle near Laguardia or were looking for a place between the two (my unusual circumstance this trip) know that they only provide a shuttle to JFK. You will have to get a ride share or taxi to Laguardia.

while this is an older place, you could see they had taaken the time to put in new floors, beds and bathrooms. the staff was great and it wa handy to be pickedup at federeal circle. the hot meal was waffles, all the rest was cereal, yogurt etc. decent coffee

I booked a double room for 3 adults and I was given 1 king bed. At check-in, he confirmed I needed two beds but when we walked in it was a single room. I called front desk, and he said that there were no other rooms available and that the room with the double bed had a leak problem. I should have been notified in advance so I could make other arrangements. He offered to go clean another room which would take 15 minutes but I did not trust that it would be cleaned thoroughly so I declined. It was after 1a and we had limited options to go anywhere else after a long 15 hours travel day. When I called for a shuttle pick up from JFK just before midnight, I was informed it was not too late to use the shuttle service and that a driver would pick us up in about 10 minutes. After more than 15 minutes of waiting outside in the cold, I called the hotel back and he said the last shuttle had already departed the airport and the service was no longer availabe. The next morning we went down to have breakfast at 6a on our way to jfk but it was just being set up around 6:15 when it was supposed to start at 6a. The front desk staff and shuttle driver where very polite but the service was poor and we did not have a good experience. The king room was spacious and clean.

If you need a basic accommodation close to the airport with as good a price as one can find, this is your spot! But lower your expectations a bit. The receptionist was friendly and smiling upon check in, which went very smooth. The traffic noise is a bit much, but again, if you just want a basic place to sleep, this is a good option in the area. Water pressure in the shower was good, and the room was very clean. The window blinds could use some repair as anyone from the parking lot could walk up and peek right into my room with the broken slats. I was too tired to care or complain. The continental breakfast was quite the show. When I came down to eat, some guy already dumped the entire bucket of waffle batter all over the floor and was trying to clean up the giant puddle with very little success. The coffee was criminally bad. The croissants looked like last month’s batch, and the cereal wasn’t gonna do it for me either. Everyone started showing up and rifling through the limited options and crowded the whole dining area so I just went to the BK next door for breakfast. The woman at the front desk and the airport shuttle service is 10/10 though! Good luck everybody.

Checked in just fine. Got to the room & got full sized beds instead of the queens that were in the package I purchased. Bathtub had hair in it. A/C kept making loud noises & waking everyone up. Rooms lock was broken. Breakfast was horrible all they had out was bread, waffles & orange juice.
