Before I booked this hotel, I called to make sure there was on-site parking. They informed me that for a charge of 22 plus tax there was. When I got to the hotel, the parking lot was under construction. Only had about 30 spots available. I had to find street parking. I drove around for half an hour in an unfamiliar neighborhood. Found nothing! They agreed to give me back the $22. How does that help? There was no place to park. What made it even worse is...that I would have to go back out later in the day, and have to go through finding a spot again. That's if I ever found one in the first place. They were no help. Not even an apology. No customer service at all. They acted like I was wrong.

Excellent deal!

This hotel is really great for the price.  The staff is helpful & friendly,  the rooms are clean, and the shuttle is free & easy.   The hotel is about 5 blocks from the 111th St subway which goes into Manhattan. The neighborhood doesn't look great, but nobody bothers you.  I had 2 9yo boys with me, so it's fine for kids. We did not use the pool, but the fitness center was nice and had enough to get a good workout.

Great hotel, especially for the price!

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet, free airport shuttle
This hotel was ideal for my trip to NY for the holidays. We chose a hotel close to LGA because we had a super early return flight. The free shuttle ran like clockwork every 20 minutes. Check-in was seamless, and the room was great! I've stayed in other hotels near LGA. To date, considering the price, this was is my favorite!

Comfortable Bed! Reasonably priced for a night in NYC

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet, comfortable bed
The bed was very comfortable! We stayed here after an outing in NYC for my sister's bachelorette party. It was a total of 5 of us. 3 of us slept on one double bed and it was reasonably comfortable. I was surprised. The beds are big and perfect for a restful sleep. I wouldn't recommend taking the subway at night to this hotel but during the day its a short walk to the subway stop. Its cheaper to rent here and take a taxi ride at night to the hotel. I would recommend it!

Nice Hotel but a little far from LGA

It was only a short stay for me but I should say it was a nice room, curteous front desk and a convenient shuttle service. The room was in impeccable condition and nice beds too... I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rooms Clean, Great Restaurant and Pool

We were here in the Blizzard of 2010, and glad to have received a room. For that reason, hotel booked. In fact, we had problems with our heat and were afraid they would not be able to shift us, but they did. Very friendly maintenance staff, front desk could smile more. You could tell they were stressed but obviously, so were travelers, you have to fake it. The restaurant was great. I would choose it again if I had to drive to it! Great Italian food, huge portions, awesome salads and kids fare free if staying at hotel. Pool also nice, big and warm with a lifeguard. Not easy to find in hotels at LaGuardia and important since stuck in New York with a six and fourteen year old. Overall nice job in a crisis and happy with the rooms, location, and amenities. Be aware, cabs have a hard time finding this. We had to give him directions on our I Phone, other cabbies didn't know either...
