Great location close to but not in the middle of Times Square, friendly staff, modern updated clean rooms. The heat was not working in our deluxe king - they quickly and kindly upgraded us to a studio suite. We’ve visited NYC for many years and this is one of our favorite hotels we’ve stayed in!

Clean comfortable room with upscale finishes, and a New York first- was so quiet did not hear any city noise! Great bell staff was very helpful. Great location between Rockefeller and theater.
