It was very nice overall. Fabulous location and generous breakfast. My only negative was that we did get stuck in the elevator because 2 people crowded on and overloaded elevator. We were stuck for what felt like a long time and when we were finally let off, the staff member lectured us instead of being kind and apologetic.

Si te ofrecen pagar por una CITY VIEW, no lo hagas, no vale para nada la pena, no regales tu dinero, nos toco yo creo la peor habitacion del hotel, pasabas de lado para poder llegar a la cama, entiendo que las recamaras en NY son pequenas, pero aqui fue demaciado, no pudimos ni abrir la maleta para desempacar, asi de pequeno estaba, el hotel estaba en remodelacion, puede ser que por eso la recepcion estaba tan reducida, los elevadores, otro problemema, esperar una eternidad para poder subir

Wall paper in room was peeling off, walls where dirty and the bathroom floor corner had mold. The elevator situation was so odd. No bottom in the elevator you had to select the floor from a computer outside and wait for the elevator the computer told you to use. This caused so much waiting time. We had 12 people on our floor waiting for the elevator for 30 min it was a joke

We had to cancel a four-star hotel near Times Square at the same price due to a major winter storm and a declared state of emergency in New York. Fearing we would miss our cruise, we rebooked this hotel solely because of its proximity to the cruise port. I knew this hotel was of modest quality and did not expect luxury, but I did expect basic comfort for the price paid. Instead, we were placed in a cold basement room where the heat barely worked; cold air came through the window and the temperature stayed around 15°C. The conditions were comparable to accommodations where basic necessities, such as reliable heating, are not standard. The room was extremely small, the bathroom was cramped and fitted with a closet-style door, there was no in-room safe, and the mattress and pillows were very poor. Breakfast was poorly managed, with an overcrowded room and food running out quickly. I would rate it 0 star.
