I get that this is a 2 star hotel and I accepted that. As such my room smelled like smoke and the furniture was old and broken. But the bed was Comfortable and the sheets were clean and the towels were cleaned too. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed though, and when I asked the housekeeper to vacuum it the next day sadly she didn’t do it. But that was all okay because as I said it’s a two star hotel. But what I didn’t expect was for the water to be brown. That was my deal breaker I was running a bath and when I came back the bathtub was full of brown murky water. I called down stairs and they said to run the sink water first and then turn on the bath water. This looked liked it worked but I was still iffy about it and for that reason I can’t not recommend this hotel This is my first and last time coming here.

Disappointed Stay

Pros: price was reasonable
Cons: customer service, odor in rooms and outdated furniture
I had a need to change my initial reservation dates, Travelocity was willing to help me with this change but hotel staff was unwilling to accommodate any change to my reservation dates. Staff was rude on the phone and were especially rude in person. They spoke to me in a condescending manner and brushed me off. Hotel rooms do not match the images featured. Rooms are TINY and very dated. There was barely enough space to walk in the room. Although the room was a non-smoking room there was a definite odor in the room that would not go away. I did not feel safe with the room and was constantly worried someone would break into my room. Very basic accommodations. Parking was extremely limited and there was no other alternative offered by the hotel. This was very disappointing because it was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel.
