Room was excellent and cozy for the both of us. Host was helpful. Provided the necessary instructions for entering the property. It was 2 min away from the Subway Station. Easy access to manhattan via the A train. Stop and shop was close by as we prefer to cook ourselves. Host provided us with a stove, rice cooker and air fryer. Would definitely love to stay again.

The space worked great for what we needed it for, and was a block or two from the A train straight into town. The host stayed in touch and was helpful. Great value for the price if you don't mind being a little farther out, or want to be close to the beach.
