This Marriott was atrocious!!!! The only bright spot was the staff that cleaned our room. The hotel is dirty, dated and the front desk staff was most unhelpful. The "bellhop" was great he hustled. The elevator was inconsistent and unreliable and at one point both my rooms were locked and inaccessible. The only thing worse was the non-chalance of the front desk staff, Kyle had no professionalism. Awful hotel dint book

Old - not a renovation in site. Zero amenities. No coffee or water in the room. No cups or glasses or a pen and paper. They advertise breakfast but in fact just offer water (in cups - none for the room) and coffee. Heating and cooling is subject to NYC rules (aka - don't have to (and don't) turn on the heat before a certain date even if it is unseasonably cold). I generally count on the Courtyard to be "fine". Not this one. Felt safe though with security elevators and a good location. Also, the room, however dated, was clean.

This place is no frills but the location is impeccable. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable, but need updating. Elevator was out of order quite a bit during our 5 night stay. One of the two elevators didn’t work the entirety of our stay and the other was slow and was out of order completely for a short bit. We were glad to have a room on the lower floors so we could take the stairs. All the staff were friendly and helpful. No complimentary water bottles but there was a water station in the mezzanine. Would absolutely stay here again.
