Clean room. Good size bed. Nice shower. Large tv. Close to GCT and restaurants. Walking distance to MOMA, Waldorf Astoria, and Broadway shows too. I always stay here when I am in NYC. Book way in advance for a good price.

The staff was welcoming and kind. That said, carpeted floors felt unsanitary (especially in NYC), soap was missing from the bedroom, mattress had an huge dip in it, and a shelf broke off the wall & fell overnight. Daily turndown or sheet service was not provided, which was unexpected compared to other hotels.
