Three blocks from the French Quarter, New Orleans has a way of making itself known before you even step outside - the faint rhythm of brass drifting down the block, the scent of a nearby kitchen already in full swing, the electric anticipation of a city that never quite settles. This condo drops you right into it, with curated local artwork on the walls and everything you need to move through the city at your own pace.

Living space
The living area is anchored by a 50-inch HDTV with Roku, fast Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace - useful whether you're catching up on a show after a long day or keeping tabs on work from the road. Central air conditioning, central heating, and a ceiling fan handle the climate, and natural light filters in to bring out the details in the local artwork displayed throughout the space.

Sleeping arrangements
Both bedrooms are set up for proper rest after a day spent in the city. The king suite comes with its own en suite bath - ideal for a couple or anyone who values the privacy. The second bedroom features a queen bed. Both rooms include room-darkening shades, ample clothing storage (walk-in closet, closet, and dresser), and quality bed linens throughout.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is outfitted with a full set of Bosch appliances - refrigerator, electric stove, and single oven - plus a microwave, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee machine. Coffee is provided to get your mornings started. You'll also find wine glasses, a toaster, a baking sheet, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and a dining table for four - everything needed for a relaxed meal in.

Bathroom
Both bathrooms come stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hot water. A hair dryer and iron are also available when you need them.

Family & extras
Traveling with young children? A pack 'n play/travel crib and folding or convertible high chair are both available upon request, and babysitter recommendations are on hand if needed. In-unit washer and dryer, a first aid kit, and cleaning products round out the practical side of the stay.

Building & parking
Self check-in is handled via smart lock, and the building elevator makes arriving with bags straightforward. Free parking on premises is included - a genuine rarity this close to the French Quarter. The home is single-level with no interior stairs and includes a private entrance.

Neighborhood
Step out and the city opens up. Bourbon Street, Creole restaurants, cafés, art galleries, and museums are all within walking distance, and the St. Charles streetcar line provides easy access to further neighborhoods. Whether you're visiting for Mardi Gras, the Allstate Sugar Bowl, New Year's Eve, or simply to take New Orleans on its own terms - the location holds up through any season.
