Pricing looks too good to be true because it is. We booked a king room for $107 a night (“what you see is what you pay”). We decided to do the $42 trip insurance. We check in and are charged $492 for several amenity fees that were not mentioned. Not to mention the $50 valet fee per night because they don’t have any other parking associated with the hotel. The room was ok but it shows its age. The staff was somewhat friendly.

Keith and Dauphne helps us out during our stay everything was great. They gave recommendations on things near by and were very welcoming. Only constructive advice would be to have the valet service be more diligent with the request. Multiple times we found ourselves waiting over 20 minutes to get our car. Thankfully we were not in a rush, however it did eat up sometime. Location is ideal, clean, friendly and very nice to stay at.

I have stayed in this hotel. This will be my third year and I was very disappointed with my stay this time. My shower was leaking. The drain in my bathroom sink was clogged although that was corrected. My air conditioner didn’t shut off and I was freezing. Engineering came up. They said they were gonna come back and fix it. They never returned so I asked for an extra blanket which I received. My clock didn’t work so I couldn’t set a wake up alarm and when I called down to the front desk at 11:30 PM, nobody was answering the phone so I had to leave my room and go downstairs and stand there and wait for someone to come back and then I was told sorry it was in the middle of a shift change. I don’t understand how you can leave the front desk on demand. In addition the bartender was doubling as a waiter in the restaurant. It was just a much different experience this year. I don’t think I’ll be staying there again.
