For your convenience, we are 3 mins walking distance from the streetcar which can take you all around the city and downtown.

Just OK
The neighborhood was sketchy! It was my first time in New Orleans and I had no idea the property would be in "the hood!" We had issues w/ the shower leaking down onto the kitchen ceiling. The kitchen ceiling was patched up and I was terrified that one of us would fall through while taking a shower. The steps leading up to the loft were incredibly steep and didn't seem too sturdy. I would not recommend this property to a soul.
