Reunion Cabin - 2 Bedroom Cabin, Resort Pool, Commercial kitchen

The Wimberley Log Cabins Resort and Suites is a beautiful tree-lined property great for wedding parties, corporate retreats, or family reunions. It is made up of four separate structures. Building One is the Texas Cabin Suites with an enclosed privacy hall containing four motel style rooms. Each of these rooms has a king size bed and kitchenettes. Building Two -- The Lone Star Cabin Suites-- feature four additional motel style rooms. with queen size beds in each. Two sizable houses also dot the property; the Oak Lodge and the Reunion Cabin.

The Wimberley Log Cabins Resort and Suites is conveniently located right off the main road running through Wimberley minutes from our historic square. It is surrounded by trees, shared outdoor space, and natural landscaping. The newly installed shared pool also adds to the communal nature of the property.

The Reunion Cabin is a newly renovated log building located at the rear of the property closest to the pool. Featuring a large open meeting space with tables and seating for 40 this cabin is the perfect place for gatherings. In addition, a recently renovated, kitchen makes feeding large groups a snap.The kitchen is fully stocked and comes with a professional grade triple sink, dual refrigerators, dual dishwashers, and dual microwaves.

The Reunion Cabin also has two bedrooms each with cushy queen size beds, natural light, and beautiful hardwood floors. One bedroom has an ensuite bath with an amazing clawfoot tub and the other restroom is shared with sizable shower and creative decorative aluminum wall accents.

Nice clean cabin
We were in and out for a baseball tournament so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool or anything. The cabin was very clean and the kitchen was stocked well with dishes and all. The only things were no regular coffee was available but a lot of decaf and no ice maker - so make sure you bring those things. Very quiet, comfy beds. Would like to return when we have more time.

This property is conveniently located to all the great areas around Wimberly. The property is clean and quiet with only wildlife as neighbors. I would recommend this location for anyone visiting Wimberly.

Pull out bed dirty, 1 toilet didn’t flush well, tv not working well, bedrooms very hot, no hot water till we realized hot water heater was turned off, doors & bed squeak which woke people, front door lock didn’t usually work. Loves the outdoor games and fire fit. Everything else was great.

Great House
We were in town catering a rehearsal dinner and wedding so we thought this was perfect for us. There were plumbing issues that were obvious from the time we arrived. By Saturday night the floor was flooded in the bathroom and we were not even able to utilize the kitchen to wash our dishes. We also had trouble cooking in the stove because the grates in the oven do not fit so when you out things on them, they fall to the bottom.

Great stay as long as it wasn't raining.
We arrived at cabin 15 minutes before heavy thunderstorms hit the area. While waiting out the storm to go to the grocery store, we started hearing water drops hitting the floor. Started putting trashcan under roof leaks until ran out and used bowls and a plastic bin. Leaks were in bedroom and livingroom areas. Not a good welcome to start off with. Took pictures and video and left message for property management. They called next day to check on report. It rained another night while sleeping and woke up walking in a puddle in the bedroom. My recommendations for this cabin: 1. Fix the roof leaks. 2. Install ceiling fans in the rooms (none). 3. Install TVS in the bedrooms (none). 4. Consider blinds in the large table area at entrance. There is no privacy from outside in livingroom. My thoughts as a property management consultant for many years.
