The spacious bedroom, accessible by a step, has a comfortable bed (160x200cm), and a 90 x 190cm bed. The living room, equipped with a wall projection television/home cinema, offers access to the bathroom (via a step - walk-in shower) and WC in the same room. The 10x5.5m swimming pool (1.10m to 1.30m deep), unheated and shared with the owners, is accessible from May 1 to September 30, with times to be defined. You will enjoy a panoramic view of the town of Moulins and its surroundings. In front of the gîte, a private terrace will allow you to eat your meals, grill (charcoal barbecue) or simply relax. 2 additional people can be accepted in the sofa bed in the living room (140x190cm) at the price of €20 per night per person. A supplement of 60 euros will be asked if sheets are provided. A closed car park where you can park your car in complete safety is reserved for you. A bicycle garage is also at your disposal.
