Riviera's peaceful location is only minutes walk from the heart of Nelson’s Bay vibrant town centre and popular marina. This impeccable, three bedroom, two bathroom, luxurious duplex accommodates up to six guests.

Riviera features an open plan, split level, lounge, dining and fully equipped kitchen, with soaring ceilings, all looking out to expansive water views. The lounge and dining room flow out onto a vast, fully secure, gated entertaining deck, with retractable shade awning, where the breath-taking views can be enjoyed while cooking on the BBQ, eating and drinking at the alfresco dining table.

Bedroom one has a king bed and spacious ensuite. Bedroom two has a queen bed and bedroom three has a solid white timber tri-bunk (double with single above). The main bathroom features a shower over a corner spa bath, perfect for bathing little ones or soaking in yourself after a fun day of exploring the region. For winter bookings, you will enjoy the underfloor heating in both bathrooms.

Riviera features sophisticated, yet relaxed, coastal inspired furnishings and decor which instantly evoke serene beach holiday vibes the moment you walk through the door. Perfectly positioned in the heart of Nelson Bay, you can stroll along the waterfront into town to explore the boutique shops, restaurants and cafes, as well as the children’s beach front playground, or hop on a lunch, dolphin or whale watching cruise that depart from the marina. Pop into the waterfront fresh seafood markets and cook up a holiday feast on the BBQ as you watch sunsets over the glistening water and sip your beverage while planning your activities for your next day in paradise. The sun lounges on the deck are an added luxury!

Riviera has a single garage, laundry with washer and dryer, as well as air-con throughout.

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

PARKING- There is parking for 1 car in the garage, other cars need to be parked in the carpark at the end of Nash lane.

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality white linen. Doonas and pillows are also supplied.

Additional costs when booking;
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.

BOND - $1000 is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

All booking guests, including Airbnb reservations, are required to complete a secure online guest agreement within 24 hours of booking. This includes providing valid photo identification (driver’s licence) and credit card verification

SECURITY CAMERAS - For security purposes, this property is fitted with external security camera

CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($150). Please refer to terms and conditions for full cancellation policy. Airbnb & Guests please refer to your booking policy.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
