Unit 8 Kiah is a stylish, comfortable holiday unit that has been refurbished and located on the first floor in the complex.
Focus point of the unit is the huge balcony where you can cook up a feast on the gas BBQ whilst enjoying the fabulous views looking over Nelson Bay Beach and DAlbora Marina, just a fantastic place to sit back and enjoy the serenity. A private set of stairs leads you straight from the complex across to the beach and only 500 metres flat walk to D'albora Marina and Nelson Bay CBD where you have fantastic boutique shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.
Open plan living area with reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fans, heaters and a fully equipped kitchen with cooktop, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The main bedroom has a queen bed and ceiling fan and the second bedroom provides a tri bunk and a trundle bed; the trundle bed which is not suitable for adults.
The unit has a stunning bathroom with a shower and the bonus of having a bath and a port-a-cot provided makes this unit perfect if you have children. There is an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer and a secure single lock up garage, park the car and walk to all attractions as everything is at your fingertips.
