What a beautiful house and great location to Navarre Beach! We had 14 people in our group and were comfortable in the space. There was plenty of dishware, silverware, pots and pans, etc. This is new construction, which is nice but it's also the 1st time we've stayed in a VRBO without any spices - not even salt and pepper (we bought some & left it there - you're welcome!), no oils (cooking sprays), no shampoos or body washes in the showers and I couldn't find a blow-dryer in the master suite. They also only offer 1 paper towel roll, 1 extra roll of TP in the bathrooms and about 3 kitchen trash bags. Again, I bought those items and left them behind for the next person. One other thing for larger groups - the listing states there's parking for 4 vehicles. You aren't allowed to park in the street and the garage was used as a playroom and beach accessary storage area, which was great and appreciated! I don't see how you could park 4 vehicles in the outdoor space provided. We had 3 Suburbans - 2 parked between the pillars and 1 parallel park right along the street line. Was any of this a deal breaker? No, but be aware that not very many people have stayed in the house yet and it cost me a small fortune at the grocery store to begin with and those extra costs didn't help. We're from the Midwest - groceries were double the cost in Pensacola of what we spend at home. All in all, I would definitely book this house again. Communication was easy and we loved every minute of our stay!
