The maximum allowed occupancy for this property permits a maximum of up to (6) people - including small children and infants. Occupancy standards are defined as being the number of persons permitted to be present inside the property at any given time. Overcrowding a property will not be permitted. Guest violation of the Occupancy Standards herein stated may result in Guest expulsion for the property and Guest forfeiture of all monies paid.

PETS: Guests are NOT permitted to have pet animals present on the premises. Guest violations of the Community Pet Policy will result in Guest removal from the property and Guest forefeiture of all monies paid. Additional financial charges may apply for property repairs, property replacement, pet remediation efforts or Fines issued by the Homeowner's Association.

PROPERTY SUBSTITUTIONS: In instances of mechanical failures or Force Majeur, Navarre Vacation Rentals reserves the right to substitute a comparable property.

SMOKING: Smoking is expressly NOT permitted within any interior areas of this property. Guest violation of the No Smoking policy will result in the immediate termination of Guest rental and Guest forfeiture of all monies paid.
