~ Beach service (2 chairs & 1 umbrella) set up March through October, with additional beach chairs & umbrellas to set up & use as you wish.

Guest booking must be 25 years or older. NO PETS. No parties or events. No Smoking or Drug use on property. No fireworks. Parking area and entrance are under video surveillance. Rental Agreement & $300 Security Deposit REQUIRED. Check-in time is between 4pm and 10pm FIRM. Out of respect for our wonderful neighbors, we enforce our local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are between 10pm & 8am.

*Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. No refunds will be given unless we are under mandatory evacuations. In the event of loss of power and/or internet, or any other "out of our control" event due to storms we will not grant refunds. Florida weather is unpredictable and we always recommend travel insurance.

This unit is gorgeous, immaculate, comfortable and if I could give it 6 stars I would. We needed a computer table for our son to work remotely. That really wasn't their responsibility, but I called and we had one within about 4 hours. We stayed here last Feb, another son was stationed at Whiting. We liked the unit so much, that we came back this year, and that son is in TX now. It's that nice!

LOVE THIS PLACE! The minute we stepped into the unit we were swept away by the floor to ceiling view of the gulf. The vibe is classy coastal. And as a detailed oriented person I appreciated all the “little things”, it was well stocked and super clean. They even had a sweet little Christmas tree all light up for us.
