This was our first trip to Navarre and we loved it! The condo was clean and very roomy for 5 people. The beds were comfortable. The view was incredible and the water was so clear. The beach service was super nice. We enjoyed walks on the pier where we saw dolphins, stingrays, turtles and all kinds of fish. One guy caught a sailfish! We would definitely stay again. Note to future travelers, the condo is clean but very dated and in need of refresh. There are NO left over condiments as in most units. There is no hairdryer. There are several beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas to use at the beach. We thought this unit was a good value for 3 bd 3 ba unit and the views from the 13th floor wew amazing! Andy Ds, TCs Front Porch and Stripes bar and grill were all good places to eat. We will be back!

The unit was in good condition, clean & bright. Main door would not lock when we left the unit, 60% of the time. The boardwalk being closed down for our entire trip should have been disclosed. We had no direct beach access. We had to walk to the nearest public beach access. With small kids, direct beach access was one of the main reasons we picked Summerwinds.

The condo is in a terrific location right next to the Navarre pier. We only used the bed in the primary room, mattress really should be replaced and the fitted sheet seemed to be one size too small. The only other recommendation would be that the condo needs a little TLC. Such as painting stained walls and replacing or painting, kitchen cabinets. Other than that our stay was very enjoyable. Communication with property management was great and their response to our one complaint was swift.

We had a great time and loved the convenience to the beach. The condo had all that we needed and extra beach supplies in the closet, which was a nice surprise. Kids (7, 9, & 11) rated it a 10/10, even after 5 collective jellyfish stings they also loved the wrap around balcony so they could watch the boats and jet skis on one side and the beach on the other.

Great property for our family

We had 4 adults and 2 children with us. We had plenty of room, a great view, and everything in the listed was included. We had a couple of hiccups but, through communication, everything was taken care of in a timely manner. There were extra pool and beach toys there as well. We added to the collection before leaving. I definitely recommend this property.

The 2 bedrooms, not the master, should have the furniture switched. The bunk beds which I see as a children's room should be the bedroom attached to the shared bathroom off the kitchen. The third bedroom has a view although small out the front window. My family that stayed in the bedroom without a view, except of the outside hallway, felt like they were sleeping in a cave. Just a thought! Also the 3rd bathroom had a moldy shower curtain. Except for a few minor maintenance things this condo serviced our needs. The building is starting to show its age.

It was a great unit. The only problem is ... the garbage disposal did not work... the check in and communication with the staff was perfect... I've stayed at Navarre numerous times.... this location is ideal. Would highly recommend it if you are looking.

Came for wedding event

This was the worst unit I have ever stayed out in Summerwind in 12 years. Multiple lights out. Dark kitchen where I had to cook for event. No TV working in living area. No lamp in bedroom. No light on patio almost tripped. Staff very rude when I complained. O light over oven ,had to drag a bedroom lamp in kitchen just so I could see when cooking. The worst of the worst for what I spent!

Water and beach service excellent

Kitchen very dim. Had to use a flash light to see the controls on the stove. I reported the problems and no one returned my call. Coffee pot leaked all over the counter. Pics showed furniture that wasn’t there. Cable/satellite sucked! Overall the condo needs updating for the price. Fridge didn’t make much ice! COULD NOT CHECK OUT! Server was down! 2 STARS!!

Beach Getaway

The condo was so roomy…loved having 3 bathrooms. The view was AMAZING!!!!! The beds were so comfy!!! The floors were a little gritty and not freshly mopped (my grands feet looked dirty when I picked him up), right after arriving. Access to the beach is fantastic!!! Felt safe and was close to everything!! Would definitely recommend this place.

Needs work

The location is wonderful. Upon arrival the refrigerator was not working. There were two ice chest in the closet so I guess this was a problem. Refrigerator did not work at all. The crawling baby had filthy legs and feet within minutes. The floors were not clean. Called management and they said a refrigerator would be delivered on Wednesday. Basically three days with no refrigerator. They did bring a small dorm type fridge. That was helpful. They also provided a 15% discount. When you are on vacation you do not plan for these types of problems. I would not rent this unit again. It also needs some updating.
