when I booked the amenities of the room state there is a coffee maker and that for breakfast there would be coffee and a breakfast item, none of that was there. Even now the booking for a room states free breakfast. The lobby is not inviting with the clean and dirty linen in full view. The bathrooms are in severe need of updating and were not the cleanest.

Entire floor of room was sticky from mopped vomit and smelled awful. When requested to clean that evening, staff said they couldn’t so I asked them for mop and spray to do myself. They said they would clean tomorrow. Next evening getting back to the room, it was clear no one had come into the room at all. I couldn’t sleep there a second night and found other arrangements. No refund or apologies given from the staff when addressed.

This property has trash and cigarette butts all over the place. The room is disgusting, don’t know how many people stay before they really clean it. I didn’t even stay the night, left the key card in the room, and got a room at the Holiday Inn instead. Didn’t even bother asking for a refund.

The room was filthy, especially in the bathroom around the edges of the room. The bed still had a bandage stuck to the top sheet under the comforter. That tells me the bed was not stripped and remade with clean sheets. This was not discovered until after we slept in it. There was not a blow dryer which is standard at all hotel chains.
