The staff was awesome through the whole property. Food at the onsite restaurants was always great. The only reason for missing a star is the Bad WiFi in our room, called the front desk multiple times but couldn’t get fixed.

Rooms was spacious and had everything we needed staff was exceptionally courteous and looked out for us. Their recommendations were spot on. Enjoyed this better than the high end / high cost experience of the big hotels. Chill vacation without the over the top flash! The beach, Bon Vivant, and Blue Sail restaurant were favorites.

The staff was attentive, courteous, and informative! My room was clean and prepared for my visit (I had an early flight). The resort was close to the airport and other venues of interest. Taxi service was excellent! I felt safe in my room and walking around the resort. Such a relaxing vacation! Items of improvement: (1) Daily activities to choose from and not at enormous prices (e.g. $100 for a 1 hour tour of the island). (2) Food available during the afternoon and evening in the main building, not just from 7AM - 11AM.

Beautiful place,amazing staff, transportation whenever you needed it by asking the front desk, restaurants and convenient stores in walking distance, quiet we had the beach to ourselves some days, my only complaints were the phone in the room did not work,the shower was a bit small and the bed wasnt the comiest bed ever but I can live with that considering all the good things. Will definitely go back one day.

Easy going, family friendly fantastic stay! Rooms were spacious & clean with good kitchen basics - lagoon suite (with in bedrooom jet tub!) ground floor was lovely to be able to walk out and wade (lots of fish visible in the lagoon even) with hammocks and lounge chairs always available. Short walk to great pool for kids with multiple depths and water slides approachable for those learning to swim. Short stroll to the beach and walkable to good restaurants (go to Blur Sail!) with nibbles & beverages available poolside. Breakfast menu was available too. Staff were thoughtful and friendly with fun supplies to check out from front desk: shuffleboard, tennis, basketball, snorkel gear. We hope to be back and highly recommend as a chill and more affordable Nassau option!
