Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The bedroom and bathroom were not properly cleaned upon arrival. The toilet was dirty, and there were multiple stains on the sheets, which made us uncomfortable during our stay.
When I brought these concerns to the host’s attention, there was little accountability and no meaningful effort to resolve the issue or offer even a partial refund. For the price paid, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and professionalism.
I would encourage the host to improve cleaning quality and guest communication moving forward.
