The space, location and communication from the host are the only good things I can say about this place. The kitchen was fully equipped but the pots and pans were disgusting. Some of the cooking utensils were broken and worn down. In addition, kitchen smelled like fish upon arrival.The hot tub wasn’t working when we arrived. Had to send someone to fix it. The backyard had lots of cigarette butts and some trash laying around. The beds are uncomfortable.The balcony furniture is incredibly cheap and disgusting. Some of the cushions are torn. The store box that holds them is incredibly disgusting smelling like weed and trash inside. Broken chair on smaller balcony.I would never stay here again. Might be perfect for spring breakers however. Chris was great to work with but beware of any extra charges.

The stay was great , we were able to enjoy all the amenities of the home , the hot tub was a nice relaxing perk. The only thing I didn’t see available was a wine opener , as far as necessities, my husband was able to open my wine for me luckily and all was good ! Just throwing this in there for the next person if you’d like to add one to the kitchen essentials.

Great overall stay. Only complaint was the hot tub jets not working. Close accommodations to downtown coffee shops, brunch spots, bars, etc. The place was spacious for everybody, even had plenty of extra beds. Overall we had a great time, enjoyed our accommodations and we’d stay here again.

the property needs a good deep clean. I would suggest closing for a day and cleaning everything. I get that there is a short turn over and you only have a few hours to clean in between clients but this should be done at least once a month. dirty baseboards and calcium clogged shower heads are noticed, especially by 40 year old women. the back yard needs a clean up. there was a piece of machinery (hot tub pump?) in the middle of the yard. the upstairs outdoor space furniture is quite damaged with several cushions ripped and burnt. it is not an inviting space to sit. several light bulbs throughout the property are burnt out and need replacing. the fridge was a big issue for us with it freezing. we lost all our fruit/vegetables, soda and meat due to freezing which was about 150-200 expense. The property manager offered to come fix the fridge but not reimburse for our lost food. It is a great space for a bachelor party or young adults. For older women on a getaway like we were, i would suggest stayiny somewhere else.

Quick Nashville Stop

We had just a quick 2 day stop in Nashville but this was a perfect for us. Even in june the hot tub was a bonus and we were close to everything we wanted to do. Nice, Quiet neighborhood.

Family vacation

Was a bit more warn than the pictures indicated. Kitchen was poorly stocked. Outdoor furniture never dried to be able to sit on. The house was safe and comfortable and acclimated our group very well. Over all - good stay.

Beautiful place

We had an amazing stay! The house was perfect for our family—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The neighborhood felt very safe and was within walking distance to shops and restaurants, which made everything super convenient. We’d definitely stay here again!

We celebrated my niece's 21st at this Nashville VRBO. The location is excellent—quiet neighborhood, easy Uber access, and great city views from the outdoor spaces. While we enjoyed our stay, some improvements could enhance the experience. The property appears larger in photos; top bunk and loft aren't ideal for sleeping. Full-length mirrors and extra blankets would be nice.The cleanliness needs attention: shower grout, slow drains, dust on floorboards, and trash under the deck were noticed. A freshening of the hot tub cover and replacing light bulbs could improve the ambiance, along with addressing wall marks and fridge dents.Despite these, the thoughtful touches like cute decorations and the fridge stocking option were much appreciated. The space heater was handy on the chilly top floor.Overall, this VRBO offers convenience and charm with a bit of room for enhancement. Great for travelers seeking a pleasant Nashville getaway!

Over 50 girls trip

We stayed here with 10 women. The location was very safe. The house was well appointed except for no wine glasses. Lots of toiletries provided. Plenty of towels. We had a nice time.
