Our spacious, eco-friendly home is perfect for families, guy/girl trips, musicians & artists, and business travel! The floorplan includes 3 bedrooms to sleep up to 10 guests, 3 full baths, 2 living rooms (main has a 65” TV!), an open kitchen that boasts marble countertops, and a deck with a barbecue for grilling. Furnished by J & K Design Studio, we love our home and hope you will too!

We offer all of the luxury comforts of a high-end hotel, yet with the familiarity of your first home. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need, and is perfect for entertaining or cooking during your visit. Our bathrooms offer all toiletries and hair dryers. We strive for an eco-friendly luxury experience, and include biodegradable and non-toxic bathroom toiletries, sustainable paper products, and organic sheets.

If you are here to explore East Nashville, you’ll find yourself 1.5 miles from trendy restaurants like Pharmacy, Mas Tacos, and Lyra, and 2 miles from Five Points, the heart of East Nashville’s eclectic bar scene & restaurants with offerings like Treehouse, Margot, Five Points Pizza, 3 Crow Bar, Van Dyke, Rosemary, 308, Bongo Java, I Dream of Weenie, Tenn16, Battered & Fried, Burger Up, Soda Parlor, and many more! This was a beautiful home. Everything was so clean and put together so nicely. It was so close to eveything, maybe 11 minutes to get to some locations but over all, so close. The stadium was 7 minutes out. Definitely would recommend!

Lovely Stay Outside of the Main Drag

Neal had a lovely space that was well equipped for a group. Having a comfortable place for our family vacay was wonderful as it was accommodating for all ages. The only thing I would recommend is a restock of bath products & other necessities like first aid & grill accessories.

We visited Nashville to celebrate a birthday and this spot was great. Nice neighborhood, easy to get to the city and very clean and spacious. Ubers and Lyfts were readily available as well. I would definitely come back! Nate was also very quick to respond to questions.

Beautiful home in East Nashville

Came to ring in the new year with our two adult kids and absolutely loved our time together. For starters, this house is a stunner with room for everyone to have their own space yet it still feels so cozy. Neal is a kind and gracious host and thoughtfully left suggestions of restaurants (even down to the menu items, which I followed to the letter at Pharmacy Burger!), and shopping and places to explore. Will absolutely keep it on the short list of rentals for a return trip with friends.

Great House, we would do it again

Great home, very spacious, accommodating and quiet. Kitchen was filled with utensils and the beds were VERY comfortable (and we have a sleep number at home), and enjoyed a nice hot shower every morning. We played a few games which made the resting times fun. It was a wonderful home, just a 15 minute drive to about anywhere in/near Nashville. A minor inconvenience is that the street and alley are narrow but the other drivers were very gracious so not really a problem. We would stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were able to walk the neighbourhood every morning. Coffee shop down the street was delicious. Uber and Lyft was always available. Beds were all very comfortable. Only suggestion would be to add a full length mirror somewhere in the house. The detailed notes were very helpful.

Nice home - best feature is having the kitchen open up to family room and dining table. we didn’t spend much time in the home but it was well appointed. two small suggestions - install a full length mirror somewhere in the house and if the light fixtures in the bathrooms can accommodate higher wattage bulbs it would be better: the lighting is nice ambiance but in the bathroom it was difficult to see getting ready. great stay - nicely updated home

The house was great. Nice size and very clean inside. My only complaint was the yard. You park in the back off the alley. It had a carport with a garage door so I that was great as well. However you had to walk throught the back yard to get to the house and the yard had not been cut. Grass was up to our ankles and in the rain. Not that big of a deal but pretty slippery in the wet grass.

Great house for a group- definitely recommended!

We enjoyed staying at this house - it was quite roomy having several areas to gather (dining/kitchen, living room, upstairs den and back deck). Having three full bathrooms and three bedrooms allowed for each couple to have a private bath along with their bedroom. The house was very clean, had all needed amenities including all we needed in the kitchen to cook dinner several of the nights. We had one issue (that was beyond the owner's control). We contacted the owner and he was over to check it out in about an hour and resolved it that day. This was a great place for your group to stay during CMA Fest this year, and we definitely recommend it for a group to stay while visiting Nashville.

Good location, property lacks finesse

We enjoyed the location of the property. It has the makings of being a great rental but it just isn't quite there yet. When we arrived, the heat hadn't been turned on and it was 49 degrees in the house. It took several hours to heat it up to a comfortable temperature. Also, the breaker had been flipped and none of the downstairs bedroom lights were working. We also had to reset the modem because the internet/TV was not working either. The neighborhood seemed mostly safe though not as family friendly as we would have preferred. Really our number one issue were the beds and pillows. The beds were extremely hard and even our children complained. The pillows were thin and cheap. Both my husband and I had sore backs and necks after our stay. But with a few tweaks I think this could be a stellar rental.

Clean, Convenient and Perfect

We were here to celebrate my daughter's heavely 21st birthday as she had looked at this property prior to her passing and had planned on staying here and we couldn't pass up celebrating in the place that she wanted to be at when she turned 21. There were 8 of us that stayed for the entire time and 10 of us the day of her birthday. Neal was nothing but AMAZING, his hospitality and care and concern after my daughter passed, to flowers and a card in her memory once we arrived. The house is super spacious, yet cozy. Plenty of room to be near eachother yet feel spacious. Super clean, totally updated and EXACTLY what we were looking for. Anything we needed Neal was there to answer or offer to suggest. Lyft rides were convienent and didn't break the bank. I would totallly recommend Neal and this property to anyone coming to Nashville. We had a great time and this property helped make that happen. 🌟 🌟
